American bombing of Cambodia 1970's, American bombing of Syria 2000's. ?

There are several difference between this and the Vietnam war. I wont even list all of the but the main one would be the US is not involved in a Brush war in Iraq. Look at the security situation in Iraq now, seems to be doing ok to me.
