Living Together but not Dating: Is it okay?

A friend and I are both Christian and are looking for roommates. I am a woman and he is a man. Is that okay? We're not dating each other, and do not want to date one another- we're just platonic friends. It would be in a three or four bedroom house, with at least two bathrooms. This is simply a cost-benefit ysis. Neither of us can afford to live by ourselves. I want to do right by my faith, and I think it's okay, but am seeking the counsel of others I guess.
