Is this verbal abuse?

im 16 My brother has always been like this to me. He wakes up hes really cranky. He says some smart-@ss comment about me. Heyll make racist remarks about my friends. He tells me im not gonna do sh*t with my life. My dad evan makes racist remarks about my friends. Iv heard them a few times talk about me. i ran away before and they use to give me hatefull looks. Its always when i do something wrong too.Like if i get detention or something. I dont get in trouble nomore though. Ill be in the room while they are watching football & theyll use the word n*gger so much & i know its because im right there. it does not happen so much now that i stay out of trouble.but still what do you think? This really upsets me when i think about it.
