Which one is better?community college?or high school?

Just get a highschool experience. Theres nothing like it and you only get four years of it. If you are that serious about education, think about going to community. However, in the long run you're going to develop at a better rate by going to highschool and getting those necessary mistakes, and experiences to help you grow. Those already in community college have a "been there done that" attitude about things. Highschool really is the best and shortest time of your life, and why cut it any shorter?
