Flesh colored bumps on vulva?

Ever since I can remember, I have had these painless flesh colored bump-like things on my vulva. they kind of have a stalagtite look to them. they arent painfull or anything, and ive never asked my doc. about them... any idea what this could be? they arent anywhere else, just where i mentioned.
