Now that Obama lost West Virginia should he drop out?

West Virginia has 5 electoral votes in the general election,with such a huge number of electoral votes in that state,and the fact that he did poorly,obviously he cannot win the election.There are 539 electoral votes all together,and without those 5 from West Virginia,how could he possibly win?
