Does heat kill sperm once inside the female?

I know sperm can live up to 5 days inside a female, but I was wondering if I get very hot (for example at night sometimes I get boiling hot under my covers but do not realize until waking...I wear really warm PJ bottoms as it is freezing)...will this kill any sperm I potentially have inside me while TTC?
