This was a nice meal choice, but it still a bit to much. This meal was probably around 700calories. I recommend making a lot of chicken without dressings. Gravy is always bad, because it is made of starch. Starch is one of the hardest things to lose weight. Try making meals smaller and less ingredients. Try a bag of 90sec ready rice. Its 250cal and it's very filling. Have just one of them and you'll be good. Fruit is always good too.
