If in 30 years the ozone hole is no smaller, will you still believe the CFC theory?

Yes the ozone layer is so high that almost nothing can get up there. CFC never even came close. The ozone layer is made where the solar winds collide with the earth's magnetic field. The hold at the poles is just the shape of the magnetic field.
