She told others that shes not ready for a relationship. but not me?!?

It sounds to me like she sees you as her good friend. That is a good thing. But if she is not interested in more than that do not push her. You could loose what you already have. Friendship often grow into something stronger. Be a good friend to her with not pressure and see where it goes. Hard to do, I know.
