Am looking for relatives in guadalajara, jalisco is there anyone that lives there that could help me?

I'm Looking for my father and/or his relatives in guadalajara, jalisco. His name is Federico Sanchez de Penaroja or just penaroja. Im a bit confused about his last name. My mom told me they used to call him penaroja, pena-roja. His fathers' name is guillermo and his mothers' beatriz. of the three siblings that he has or that we know for sure that he does have, the names are beatriz, guillermo and rocio. He was/is an engineer although im not quite sure of what in specific. Also he used to work for or in Fabricas de Francia around 1988-1990. His birthday is September 24, 1957 and i believe he was born en el Distrito Federal. If anyone knows who i am talking about please contact me or if there is any way that you can help me in looking for him, i would greatly appreciate it. I also speak spanish so feel free to answer in spanish as well.
