My refund was 600 dollars short that the govenmnet promised?

Me, jeff, ben, Tom and sammy are going to vegas with our refund. I just got my refund and that is not added as Jeff said it was. Me and sammy have bad credit so we cannot get a loan. Can i call the government about this. I tried to call the tax place where i got it done. The man who did it told me i should be added on to my refund. got 456, should be 1056. or is this a lie from bush.
